Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for greeting customers (in-person and phone), understanding rental equipment specifications, asking the right questions, quoting rental rates, creating accurate rental contracts, scheduling pick-ups/deliveries, using maps for driver directions, maintaining contract files and reservation reports, and supporting sales through knowledge of equipment and showroom pricing. The role emphasizes customer-facing service, equipment knowledge, sales execution, contract administration, and showroom readiness, with opportunities to learn and sell additional lines and participate in the overall showroom operations.
