Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for greeting customers in person and by phone, knowing rental equipment and specifications, asking the right questions, quoting rental rates, creating accurate rental contracts, scheduling pick-up/delivery, using maps for driver directions, maintaining contract files and reservation reports, managing sales lines, re-stocking merchandise, arranging showroom displays, keeping pricing up to date, and knowing other lines to sell; requires strong relationship-building, multitasking, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Full-time role with Monday–Friday 7AM–5PM (no weekends) and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, life and disability insurance.
