Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for increasing dealer purchase behavior and buyer penetration across OPENLANE platforms in the assigned region. Drive dealer sales growth by leveraging OPENLANE technology tools, handling at-auction and digital if-bids with high conversion, maintaining 100% compliance with Zoom and Salesforce in accounts, re-engaging fallout sellers, and collaborating with Dealer Relations and Outside Sales to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Requires 1-2 years sales experience, proficiency with Google Products, a valid provincial driver’s license, and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
