Job Summary
Act as the internal account coordinator for assigned accounts, developing new business and implementing growth plans for existing clients. Provide quotes, enter orders into the fulfillment system, and ensure timely delivery while resolving customer complaints regarding damaged or incorrect material. Continually share feedback on sales opportunities with district management and outside sales teams to support overall strategy. Deliver a personalized level of customer service that reinforces satisfaction and assist colleagues in maintaining their assigned accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of previous sales experience
- Steel Industry preferred
- Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or the equivalent in training and experience
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a drug test
