Inside Sales Representative - North Dallas

Job Summary
Answer operational branch calls, assist customers with pick-ups and deliveries, and complete outbound sales calls daily per assigned quota. Route trucks, schedule drivers and maintenance, manage fuel inventory, write purchase orders, and coordinate equipment assignments with the Shop Foreman. Notate all calls in the rental system, complete contract closeouts and invoicing, and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain a safe work environment and perform other related duties as assigned. This role supports the operations of branches across the Southeastern US, ensuring orders are placed correctly and customers receive exactly what they need.
Required Qualifications
- Highly motivated operational professional that can operate within guidelines assigned
- High energy with a customer service attitude is a must
- Exceptional communication, presentation and persuasion skills and positive professional attitude
- Detail orientation and accuracy must be top notch
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Able to multitask activities with shifting priorities
