Job Summary
Manage and develop assigned dealer accounts to increase sales of Nice North America products while conducting daily outbound calls to targeted accounts. Interview potential dealers, explain technical and market facts to present competitive solutions, and build solid relationships with all personnel within a dealer. Provide consistent follow-up communication after every call, prepare periodic sales reports on volume and expansion areas, and ensure all customer activities are entered into the CRM system accurately. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, including new customers and attachment sales, while resolving issues quickly with the sales and service teams. Work onsite in Kent, WA, with an hourly rate of $21.00–$28.00 plus an annual commission of $20,000 based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED
- Minimum of 2- 4 years sales experience in account sales management (dealers, distributors, retail) in the custom installation and/or consumer electronics industries
- Intermediate to advanced sales reporting utilizing CRM (i.e., Salesforce.com), and MS Office applications
- Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Energetic, dynamic, enthusiastic personality
- Requires judgement in resolving issues or making recommendations
- Must be organized and detail oriented; able to multi-task and have strong follow-through
- Flexible and adaptable; adjusts to changing priorities in fast-growth, dynamic environment
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks
