Job Summary
Handle phone calls and walk-in customers at the sales counter, schedule work orders, and complete customer contracts for new and used equipment rentals. Maintain showroom cleanliness, follow up with clients, and commission new jobs by leveraging knowledge of construction tools and vehicles. Assist with loading and unloading equipment while prioritizing safety regulations and delivering gear as needed. Perform any delegated tasks and uphold a professional appearance representing All Star Rents. This full-time hourly role includes Saturday shifts ending before 5:30pm, no cap commissions, and 90-day bootcamp training.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Valid CA driver's license with satisfactory record
- Valid proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Be able to lift 50lbs unaided
- Computer Literacy- Typing and understanding computers/technology and basic software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe PDF, etc.)
- Professional communication skills in English both written and verbal
- A serious attitude towards safety in the workplace
- Satisfactory Background check
- Pass 4panel drug screening
- Choose a drug free lifestyle
- Be a team player with a positive attitude that likes to have fun at work
- Saturday shifts
- Full-time hourly position
