Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include collaborating with contractors, engineers, and officials to develop and support solution specifications, managing prospects and quotes via Salesforce, building and executing sales plans to grow Neenah Foundry Infrastructure products, understanding the customer base (municipalities, contractors, engineers, distributors), and applying product knowledge to close opportunities. Must communicate effectively, be team-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of consultative selling with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Travel is minimal; visa sponsorship is not available. Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior sales/customer service experience preferred. Salary starts at 75K and requires being on-site in Scottsdale, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. Previous customer service and or sales experience desired.
