Job Summary
Inside Sales Account Representative responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with key account and sales teams. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, serving as the commercial point of contact for assigned accounts, managing quotes and pricing documentation, building strong relationships with branch and purchasing teams to deliver best-in-class service, promoting continuous improvement and safety, handling escalations and annual order entry across multiple U.S. locations, and using ERP and MS Office for order management and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, management, or a related field with 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales; or a high school diploma with 5 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales.
