Job Summary
Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales leads, identify customer needs, and recommend products and services for construction, agriculture, and forestry sectors. Answer inquiries via phone, email, and text while researching and qualifying new opportunities. Maintain customer records, collaborate with internal teams, and close sales to achieve targets. Participate in ongoing training and development within an 18-month structured program. Full-time position starting at $22.60/hour with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability
- Motivation to learn and grow in a sales career
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- A background check
- Drug testing
