Job Summary
Communicate with customers via outbound calls, follow up on leads, and research and qualify new prospects. Understand customer needs, answer questions through phone, text, and email, and explain product features while creating and maintaining a customer database. Research competing products, close sales, and achieve targets within a dedicated 18-month program. Complete ongoing training and development while serving as a liaison between departments. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- A background check and drug test are required as part of our pre-employment process
Desired Qualifications
- Technical knowledge and experience within the industry are a plus but not required
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and other computer applications preferred
- Prior customer service and cold calling experience is a plus
- Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and solve challenges
- Self-motivated – take ownership for your territory and pride in it
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to listen and understand customers' needs
- Ability to achieve targets and goals
