Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at InBody (HYBRID) responsible for selling professional line of Body Composition Analyzers to medical and academic institutions, maintaining CRM-driven prospecting, achieving quotas, and building customer relationships in Health & Wellness. Role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience, 1+ years sales experience, high-volume outreach (50+ calls/day), CRM proficiency (Zoho), travel up to 10%, and ability to lift 65lbs; office located in Cerritos, CA with hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)
- Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows
- Proficiency with Office365 and type 40+ WPM
- Able to commute to the office located in Cerritos, CA
- Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows as needed
- Ability to lift 65lbs
