Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative in ABC Supply's Branch Manager in Training Program. These associates will train to manage and grow a ABC Supply branch, overseeing branch operations, sales teams, pricing, inventory, and customer satisfaction while ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with safety and DOT requirements. The role includes on-the-job training and a comprehensive Branch Manager Training program at the National Support Center, with potential progression to Branch Manager. Core responsibilities include supervising both inside and outside sales, generating work schedules, monitoring margins, managing inventory, and driving sales growth. Required qualifications include a college degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field), proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong analytical and mathematical abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to relocate.
