Inside Sales Representative (MCT)

Inside Sales Representative in ABC Supply's Branch Manager in Training Program. Will train to manage and grow a branch, with on-the-job training in all branch operations and a comprehensive Branch Manager Training at the National Support Center. Responsibilities include overseeing branch profit and loss, hiring and performance monitoring, inventory control, pricing and margin management, supervising outside and inside sales teams, driving sales growth, maintaining customer satisfaction and on-time deliveries, generating associate work schedules, determining product additions to the line, and ensuring safety/DOT compliance. Required qualifications include a college degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field), proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to relocate.
