Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through outbound calls, emails, and virtual consultations. Identify customer needs, present product solutions, and guide prospects through the sales cycle while maintaining accurate CRM records and following up on leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and support long-term account management. Prepare quotations, coordinate order processing, and address inquiries professionally to meet individual and team sales targets. This role requires periodic travel onboard company cruise ships to support marketing initiatives and gain operational insight.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
  • This position is classified as in-person
  • Physical office is in Orlando

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Relevant sales training, certifications, or professional development courses
  • One (1) to three (3) years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or related experience
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting and lead generation activities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
  • Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Previous experience using CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Understanding of customer service standards and relationship management strategies
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines, lead qualification processes, and sales cycle management
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Effective customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Ability to effectively communicate product and service information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales objectives in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Periodic travel, including time onboard company cruise ship vessels
