Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative responsible for partnering with the Regional Commercial Director to grow the customer base, calling targeted customers, organizing/analyzing data, coordinating with marketing lead generation, qualifying prospects into buying accounts, and maintaining existing business while driving new growth. Proficient in CRM Dynamics 365 and other platforms (ZoomInfo) to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities; responsibilities include entering/updating account data, building a robust sales pipeline, collaborating with Commercial Management, managing pricing/quotes in CRM, and achieving KPIs related to customer engagement and account conversion. Travel to an approved location may be necessary; requires strong communication, data analysis, and relationship-management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related training equivalent preferred
  • Sales knowledge preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of M365 Office Suite, Customer Management and Reporting tools
  • End-user knowledge of ERP System
