Inside Sales Representative

Generate, receive, qualify, and quote customer inquiries for orders via phone or email while reviewing specifications and testing requirements. Order entry review and approval are part of daily operations, alongside developing new customers and maintaining service for existing accounts. Expediting resolution of customer problems and complaints is a key responsibility, supported by organizational multi-tasking and sales prospecting to close deals. This role requires a minimum of two years in sales with knowledge of metals and the manufacturing industry.
