Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative to manage the full lifecycle of leads from initial design inquiry through quoting, bidding, and final installation; coordinate with Business Development Managers and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely, accurate technical and project-related information; act as a brand ambassador to grow Longboard’s presence in the assigned region; responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing estimates and quotes, responding to pricing and technical inquiries, coordinating shop drawing reviews with design/engineering/production, tracking project milestones, and maintaining proactive client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or project coordination (construction or architectural products industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable using CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with architectural or construction project workflows is a strong asset
