Job Summary
Translate quotes, enter sales orders, and manage customer relationships through research and follow-up. Collaborate with supply chain partners and other departments to satisfy client needs while maintaining accurate records. Receive ongoing product knowledge and market training to support field sales coordination. This full-time, sedentary role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with no travel required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous Sales, Customer Service or related experience
- Strong Communication Skills – Written and Spoken
- Positive Attitude
- Willingness to Learn
- Ability to work in team based selling structure
- Highly organized and attentive to detail with ability to Prioritize & Multi-task
- Competitiveness
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Calm, Professional, Courteous and Motivated
- Excellent Math skills
- Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. work hours
