Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative role focused on supporting the branch sales effort in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities include converting inbound inquiries into sales, quoting and promoting the building materials program, communicating delivery dates, making outbound sales calls as directed, developing and maintaining customer relationships, estimating delivery dates based on product knowledge and schedules, resolving customer problems including warranty service, updating customer data in the system, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Required skills include strong customer service, ability to build relationships over the phone, problem solving, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of building products such as doors, windows, and mouldings. Education/experience: Associate's degree or equivalent; 3-5 years of related experience or training; Bachelor's degree preferred. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school
- 3-5 years' related experience and/or training
- Proficient computer skills; experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (intermediate or advanced)
- Must exhibit customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone
- Results driven and ability to generate innovative and creative solutions to problems
