Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative at Kenroc responsible for maintaining sales and proactively identifying opportunities to grow the customer base, while developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates. Duties include accurate order processing in the POS system, coordinating with operations/shipping for deliveries, inventory management support, generating reports, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining showroom displays, and contributing to the team to achieve company goals. Requires strong customer service, effective communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; GED (Grade 12) and at least one year of sales experience (building materials preferred) are required. Pre-employment drug test, soft credit check, and NDA/Non-Solicit agreements apply.

Required Qualifications

  • GED (Grade 12)
  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Proficiency with sales, customer service, time management, point of sales systems and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset
  • Pre-employment drug test
  • Soft credit check
  • Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, and Non-Solicit Agreement
