Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative in the GTA (Newmarket, ON) focusing on driving sales through lead generation, opportunity management, and post-sale support. Responsibilities include managing the sales process end-to-end (lead generation, developing solutions, negotiation, closing, and post-sales service), account planning and forecasting, maintaining a clean pipeline and up-to-date sales administration, supporting outside sales, coordinating with credit and inventory teams, visiting/calling customers to address issues, and conducting monthly business reviews with senior management. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma and experience in a sales/customer service environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; strong English communication skills.
