Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative to expand Jeeter’s footprint across California dispensaries through high-activity, quota-carrying sales. Responsibilities include owning a California dispensary account territory, driving new account acquisition, reactivation of lapsed customers, and growing revenue within existing accounts. Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts), qualify new accounts using internal lists and data sources, maintain CRM accuracy, and meet or exceed KPIs (activity, order volume, revenue growth). Collaborate with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and the Order Desk to ensure seamless account management, support promotional and merchandising initiatives, and ensure compliance with all California cannabis regulations and internal SOPs. Requires strong verbal and written communication, pipeline management, organization, and proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeafLink, Distru). Exempt, full-time role with schedule flexibility; 21+ years old, CA cannabis sales experience, and DCC compliance knowledge required.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Active California cannabis industry sales experience (brand, distributor, or licensed retailer)
  • 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or account management experience with a documented record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Working knowledge of California cannabis compliance (DCC regulations) and dispensary operations
  • Preferred: Established relationships with dispensary buyers or category managers in California
  • Preferred: Experience in cannabis, CPG, or other high-velocity sales environments
  • Preferred: Familiarity with BDSA, Headset, or similar cannabis analytics platforms
  • Preferred: Experience working in a hybrid sales model with field sales teams
