Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for identifying opportunities in the assigned territory to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing dealer, contractor, and architect base to achieve quarterly sales objectives. Focus on online sales, guiding the consumer journey through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. Role is full-time, onsite in Mays Landing, NJ. Use Salesforce for lead follow-up, pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking to identify customer opportunities and drive market growth. Proficient in INTEX product category and building materials knowledge, with ability to communicate and sell value through differentiation and gather competitive market intelligence. The position emphasizes relationship development with dealers, contractors, architects, and homeowners, and contributing to market growth initiatives within the James Hardie Building Products family.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field desired but not required
- 2-3+ years of Sales Experience and/or Customer Service Experience
