Job Summary
Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales, overcome objections, and prepare quotes and sales orders for building materials. Make outbound calls based on activity plans, estimate delivery dates, and resolve customer problems including warranty service. Enter customer data into the database, communicate regarding product shortages, and maintain relationships with buyers. Manage multiple projects while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school
- 3-5 years' related experience and/or training
- Proficient computer skills
- experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
