Job Summary
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat across WARE, BoilerWAREhouse.com, WARE Boiler University, and The Valve Shop. Source parts and equipment for Outside Sales, Service, and Rental teams, then prepare quotations, process orders, and track them through delivery. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely communication and successful order fulfillment. Verify pricing and shipment details, expedite deliveries when needed, and proactively update customers on order status and changes. Complete sales reports and handle customer follow-ups. Requires five or more years of industrial sales and customer service experience, with a steam, plumbing, or HVAC background preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Five (5)+ years of industrial sales and customer service experience
