Job Summary
Deliver accurate product information, features, and recommended utilization to healthcare professionals via phone while actively listening to caller needs. Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with targeted accounts and physicians to drive adoption of the Endocrinology/Diabetes product portfolio. Coordinate sales strategies with teammates to maximize territory performance and consistently navigate the CRM to provide complete information. Advance listening and decision-making skills while accepting coaching to improve customer experience. Achieve sales forecasts by promoting therapies to physicians and patients.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience
