Inside Sales Representative (IP&E)

Inside Sales Representative responsible for selling Arrow's line card in a defined territory, serving as the daily contact for customers and suppliers, building and maintaining influential relationships, handling quotations and closure, and contributing to territory/account planning and value-added supply chain engagements. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, customer service and sales abilities, and ability to collaborate with internal and external resources; MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). A college degree is preferred. The role includes a 60/40 base-to-commission compensation structure with hybrid/remote work arrangements depending on location.
