Job Summary

Inside Sales Representative responsible for handling inbound quote requests, providing accurate quotes for hardware, phones, and carrier changes, assisting with product upgrades and renewals, and driving outbound upsell opportunities across existing accounts. Collaborates with Procurement, Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience, tracks quotes and activities in CRM, and maintains quoting standards while meeting activity and performance goals. Requires 2+ years of inside sales or sales support experience, familiarity with technology/telecom/MSP IT products, strong communication and follow-up skills, CRM/quoting proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise), attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing sales experience
  • Experience with technology, telecom, managed services, or related products (preferred)
  • Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort with CRM and quoting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise or similar)
  • Attention to detail and comfortable with quotes, pricing, and order coordination
  • Outbound calling and proactive client outreach
