Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
Drive sales of ticket packages for sports and entertainment through cold calling, generating new business and developing customer relationships. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while making a minimum of 75 outgoing cold calls daily and setting 10 face-to-face appointments weekly. Handle incoming calls from prospects, process ticket orders efficiently, and ensure timely payment collection and record maintenance. Network and implement sales promotion programs during events, while maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Manage schedule to achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, appointments, and revenue. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess strong communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards
- Assertive, competitive, passionate, goal orientated and a strong work ethic
- Have a friendly, professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work long or unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must possess knowledge of all Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- One year of related experience preferred, but not necessary
- Knowledge and previous use of ticketing sources, but not necessary
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
- Experience working in the sports and entertainment industry
