Inside Sales Representative III Sales - Inside Sales

Support Outside Sales Reps in meetings and accompany at customer site visits; prospect new customers; provide high-quality service to current customers; respond to walk-in retail or contractor customers and inquiries by phone and email; assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges; determine customer requirements to recommend products, generate quotations, and perform material takeoffs and pricing for large packages (e.g., decks, garages, millwork, kitchen, bath, doors); enter orders into the computer system; provide training and assistance to less-experienced Inside Sales Representatives; emphasize building relationships and expanding sales with both existing and prospective customers.
