Inside Sales Representative III Sales - Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Representative III is responsible for supporting Outside Sales Representatives in customer meetings and site visits, prospecting new customers, and providing excellent service to current clients. Duties include making phone calls to solicit sales orders, managing inquiries from walk-in and remote customers, and assisting with product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges. This role requires generating sales quotations, engaging in selling activities, entering orders into the computer system, and providing training to less experienced sales representatives.
