Job Summary
Inside Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining, identifying and growing the customer base, providing timely quotations, managing project orders, negotiating pricing and terms with project vendors and customers, entering orders for different customers, setting up certain customers on blankets, following up on product deliveries, and assisting with sales across contractor, government, commercial and industrial accounts; requires strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task, and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 1-2 years counter experience – electrical distribution industry preferred
- Solid customer service background
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferred
- Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
