Job Summary
Hunter-style Inside Sales role to drive Indonesia market revenue within Nielsen's Mid Market Sales team. Develop complex go-to-market plans for specific prospects, build and maintain relationships with media agencies, broadcasters, publishers, platforms, and advertisers, and drive revenue pipeline from prospecting through closing. Responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, cross-selling/upselling, negotiating contracts, and delivering proposals. Requires Indonesian language proficiency and 2-3 years of solution sales experience, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations. Hybrid work arrangement in Pasig City, Philippines, with focus on meeting revenue targets and KPIs and maintaining CRM-driven activity. Knowledge of Nielsen products and services is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Indonesian Bahasa (written and spoken)
- 2-3 years of experience in solution sales
- Experience in high performing Mid-market Sales teams
- Knowledge of Nielsen as a business and its products, services, and offerings - preferred
- Track record of performance with discipline in sales prospecting activities
- Sales activities: Build and maintain relationships, outbound prospecting, qualify and develop new client relationships, cross-sell/upsell, manage sales process, proposals, negotiating terms, closing
- CRM usage and operational command of business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products/services and drive client satisfaction
- Ability to meet revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of advertising/marketing and media industry (preferred)
