Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative I (Thai bilingual) within Nielsen's Mid Market Sales, Audience Measurement team, focused on business development for the Indonesia market. Drive quarterly revenue targets and pipeline by identifying and developing new client relationships among media agencies, broadcasters, publishers, platforms, and direct advertisers. Develop complex go-to-market plans in a matrixed structure, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts, nurture relationships with clients through regular communication, and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance) to deliver solutions. Leverage CRM and other tools to track activities and achieve revenue targets, while cross-selling/up-selling where appropriate. Preferred: deep understanding of advertising and media industry; strong network in marketing, digital, and media sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Thai (written and spoken)
- 2-3 years of experience in solution sales
- Experience in high performing Mid-market Sales teams
- Knowledge of Nielsen products, services, and offerings (preferred)
- Track record of disciplined sales prospecting activities
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships and generating new sales opportunities
- Outbound prospecting and follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)
- Ability to manage sales process from prospecting to negotiating and closing contracts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
