Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative at Beyond Finance (Hybrid after 30 days) based in Houston, TX. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ financial situations and guiding them toward Beyond’s services; performing sales using consultative scripting and rebuttals; educating clients on debt-consolidation financial solutions; managing personal lead pipelines; diligently updating CRM notes, phases, and statuses; ensuring compliance during all sales transactions. Requires strong written, verbal, and oral communication; sales experience preferred but not required; financial services experience is a plus; self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Base pay plus uncapped commissions with top earners $150k–$300k+ per year; full-time with weekend flexibility.
Required Qualifications
