Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative / Family Sales Advisor or Community Development Advisor position involving pre-planning sales for families. Responsibilities include actively building community relationships, setting appointments, delivering pre-planning and product presentations, providing park tours, and prospecting through web leads, direct mail responses, community events, seminars, and in-person activities. Utilize CRM to track contacts and sales activity, complete contracts accurately, and coordinate with churches, veteran organizations, hospice, senior living, and other groups to schedule pre-need seminars. Requires strong relationship-building, multi-channel outreach (cold calling, door knocking, mailers, seminars, park patrols), and ability to present options that meet families’ needs. Bilingual skills are preferred (English and Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese). Compensation is base plus commissions/bonuses with benefits; relocation to Kaneohe, HI is required and work is in-person.
