Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative drives revenue growth by generating and converting dealer leads, expanding dealer participation, and promoting auction and digital bidding tools. Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging new and existing dealers via phone, email, and text; building and managing a sales pipeline; onboarding dealers and educating customers on auction platforms; promoting online bidding and participation; identifying customer needs and recommending auction solutions; maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting; collaborating with operations and customer service to support satisfaction; assisting with sale-day dealer support and ensuring familiarity with schedules, policies, and digital tools. Key skills include outbound outreach, CRM proficiency, relationship-building, effective communication across channels, and ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, call center, account support, or business development
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with technology platforms and learning digital tools quickly
