Job Summary
Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide personalized sales experiences. Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions while converting quotes into new policies. Stay informed about GEICO products to identify cross-selling opportunities and assist customers in choosing the right protection. Requires minimum of one year of sales experience or customer-facing experience, with an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred. Base salary is $20.00 per hour with performance incentives up to $60,000 annually, plus evening and weekend differentials. Complete in-office training followed by an 80% on-site, 20% off-site schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year of sales experience or professional customer-facing experience
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
- Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
