Job Summary
Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide personalized sales experiences without making cold calls. Identify customer needs and recommend coverage solutions, then convert quotes into new policies while highlighting the value of being a GEICO policyholder. Stay informed about GEICO products to identify cross-selling opportunities and assist customers in choosing the right coverage for protection. Requires minimum one month of customer-facing sales experience, three years preferred, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Located in Richardson, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience
- Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- College degree
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms
