Inside Sales Representative

Receive incoming calls in a professional manner; perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business; complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints; collect payments and follow up on missed payments; assist with efficient scheduling and routing of service professionals; perform cross-training in related positions as needed; must be computer literate with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheets; possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; maintain good organizational and time-management skills; present a professional appearance and demeanor; prior sales experience is a plus.
