Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative for Gordon Food Service in Springfield, Ohio. Responsible for serving as the liaison between outside sales, internal teams, and existing customers; managing customer orders; communicating about out-of-stocks and substitution options; strengthening customer relationships; utilizing e-Commerce technologies; scheduling exception deliveries; determining credits for customers when appropriate; and more. Role involves sales support, CRM usage, mobile ordering, and applying a structured compensation/benefits package including salary, bonuses, profit sharing, 401(k), and other benefits. Bilingual abilities in languages such as Spanish, Chinese, Asian languages, or Haitian Creole are requested. Required Qualifications
