Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative sought to support and grow revenue for General Insulation Company. Responsibilities include greeting incoming calls and walk-ins, answering questions, providing product recommendations and quotes, accurately entering orders and customer information, making daily outbound calls to current customers and prospects, supporting the outside sales team by qualifying prospects and nurturing leads, CRM management, and coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure timely fulfillment. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and can learn quickly in a construction-materials distribution setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1–2 years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail oriented with solid time-management skills
