Convert quotes into new policies by advising on options and highlighting the value of being a GEICO policyholder. Stay informed about GEICO products to identify cross-selling opportunities and assist customers in choosing the right coverage for protection. This role requires an active 20-44 Personal Lines license (training provided) and experience in fast-paced call center environments. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Based in Tucson, AZ, with an 80% on-site schedule, the position offers a starting salary of $41,000-$47,000 plus performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma
- Active 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 Property & Casualty license
- High School Diploma or GED

- 3+ months with bachelor's degree
