Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 month of customer-facing sales experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training/fees provided)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 3+ years experience preferred (in high-volume call centers)
- College degree preferred
