Job Summary
Manage incoming calls to provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, and convert quotes into new policies. Identify potential customer needs, recommend coverage solutions, and highlight cross-selling opportunities to assist with protection. Stay informed about GEICO products to deliver personalized sales experiences and help customers choose the right coverage. Requires minimum one month of customer-facing experience, preferred three years, and an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base salary ranges from $46,345 to $50,999 annually with performance incentives up to $60,000.

- 3+ years of customer-facing experience

- Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals
