Job Summary
Inside Sales Representative responsible for owning the sales process from inbound leads to close, qualifying quickly, positioning energy solutions, and driving growth. Maintain and nurture a healthy pipeline in Salesforce, convert leads into customers, upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and customer journey. Requires strong communication, resilience, and a hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Must be bilingual (French/English) with high school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience preferred. Offers include a base salary of $40,000 with a $5,000 bilingual premium potential and uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work option.
