Job Summary
Create work orders, arrange bookings, and communicate schedules to technicians. Provide service quotes, receive customer authorization, finalize sales, and complete follow-up calls to determine satisfaction. Recommend tire, specialty, wheel, and mechanical services while ensuring accurate billing and system updates. Keep promotional materials current in the showroom and participate in safety initiatives for staff and customers. Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses, and assist with inventory management through documentation and annual counts. Requires a valid driver's license, industry experience, and strong customer service skills. Regular day shifts available with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess the ability to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver's Abstract
