Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on acquiring revenue from existing clients and attracting new clients for First Credit Services. The role involves calling customers to explain services, developing customer retention strategies, operating CRM systems, and fostering strong client relationships. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of sales account management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Account Management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of confidence
- Creative thinker and should possess the ability to resolve critical problems
- Good organizational skills, time management skills and goal oriented
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
