Inside Sales Representative -Fastener

Inside Fastener Sales Rep responsible for assisting Outside Sales Reps with quotes and orders, sourcing non-stock items via the internet and supplier sites, following up on open orders to ensure customer satisfaction, reviewing inventory across branches to replenish stock, processing incoming orders via email/phone/text, providing product recommendations, supporting marketing efforts such as trade shows, and communicating Echo divisions to customers. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/database experience, excellent verbal and written communication, strong time-management and organization, ability to work independently, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Manufacturing/industrial/construction experience is a plus.
